Lesson Plan 10/11/10

  • Get new textbooks
  • Discuss race and education - why are there disparities between race and education?  Consider the ACT, dropout rates, cultural values in ed, etc.
  • Start Kozol's "Savage Inequalities"  - Read and do 2 journals at end
